The web site seems slow, what could be wrong?
Sometimes there are problems with the Internet. If the site appears slow,
it could mean that there is a problem somewhere along the network ‘path’
between your computer and our web server. Due to the nature of the Internet,
we are not able to monitor every possible connection. Network problem
are beyond our control, but it is the nature of ISP’s to monitor and fix
